Where we ship: Currently, SP.GALA ships within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet — check back as we grow.

Processing time: Orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship. During drops or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll do our best to keep you posted.

Delivery time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
